Returns

Loue Celeste holds a 14-day return policy to request a return for purchases on our website, applicable from the time you receive the product (will be tracked). Our In-Store refund policy is strictly limited to 7 days from the time it has been purchased.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to contact us at contact@loueceleste.com, we will provide an address where the product needs to be sent for assessment. If your return is accepted - considering we assess and find out a manufacturing fault only, we’ll issue a store credit or refund the cost of the product when it was purchased. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refunds will be made.

Faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear and damages caused due to lack of proper care, chipped/ cracked/ broken shell, stones or pearls, broken chain, bent out of shape, oxidised or plating fade out.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns for change of mind on sale products are not permitted, unless you want a different ring size. Any change of mind in general, need to be reported to us within 3 days of purchase, in it's original packaging and undamaged. Full-priced products purchased during a storewide sale are returnable.

Please be advised, due to hygienic reasons, returns of Earrings cannot be accepted. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in it's original condition, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
